Andrea M. Singley is a 1996 graduate of Gettysburg Area Senior High School, and a 2000 graduate of Washington & Jefferson College a degree in history and political science. While an undergraduate, Attorney Singley completed a semester-long American Government Studies program at American University in Washington, D.C. She then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2003.
Attorney Singley has been in private practice for ten years, in the areas of family law, bankruptcy, real estate law, estate planning, and civil litigation. She opened her own practice in February 2013.
Attorney Singley is an Adams County native, and now resides in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania with her husband, Rick Rolinski, an architectural preservationist with the Pennsylvania Museum Commission.
